The City of Jacksonville has set its annual citywide cleanup for Saturday, April 30, 2016 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 Noon.
We need volunteers to paint, bag trash, rake, plant flowers, trim overgrown brush/shrubs, and minor repairs. Most materials and tools will be furnished, however we ask you to bring gloves and if you have tools you can bring, we encourage to do so.
The event is sponsored by the city of Jacksonville and Keep Jacksonville Arkansas Beautiful and will be held in conjunction with the national Great American Cleanup during Keep Arkansas Beautiful campaigns.
All residents, civic groups, scouting groups, youth groups, church groups, community businesses, neighborhood groups, community service groups, military groups, and concerned individuals are encouraged to participate. We encourage signup for groups, but accepting individuals and the “buddy system”.
